This Privacy Policy applies to the Memblu app and website ("Application", "Service") provided by Memblu Learning Tech Limited（藍色記憶教育科技有限公司） ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

  • Approximate location: inferred via IP for localization and fraud prevention; we do not collect precise GPS coordinates.
  • Support data: messages and attachments you send to customer support.

We do not store full payment card numbers; card data is processed by our payment processors using industry-standard security.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Provide and operate the Service: authentication, scoring, mock tests, content delivery.
  • Process payments: issue receipts, manage access, prevent fraud.
  • Improve and debug: analytics, performance monitoring, crash diagnostics.
  • Communications: transactional messages (receipts, service notices), optional marketing with your preferences respected.
  • Compliance and safety: legal obligations, dispute handling, abuse prevention.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or a higher age where required by local law, e.g., 16 in certain regions). If you believe a child provided us information, please contact support001@easypte.com and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
