These terms govern your use of the Memblu mobile app and website ("Service") provided by Memblu Learning Tech Limited（藍色記憶教育科技有限公司） ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

We provide the Service so you can learn about and use Memblu practice, mock tests, AI scoring, and related resources, and where applicable, subscribe or make purchases.

2. Purpose and Scope of These Terms

These Terms constitute, together with our Privacy Policy, the legal framework governing your use of Memblu. These Terms are available in English for consultation, saving, or printing at any time. For questions regarding how we process personal data, please see our Privacy Policy. We use cookies and similar technologies as described therein.

3. Access and Acceptance

Access to general information is free, excluding your internet connection costs. Some features require registration. By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you are of legal age, have capacity to agree, and accept these Terms without reservation. For legal reasons, we may archive electronic records related to purchases and subscriptions. You may request access by contacting support001@easypte.com.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service in accordance with these Terms, applicable laws, and good faith. You are responsible for any damages arising from misuse. You must not attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer the Service, or use it in a manner that infringes rights, violates laws, or harms others.

5. Service Description and Subscription

Memblu provides exam practice, AI-scored mock tests, weekly materials, analytics, and related tools. The interface mirrors exam task types and timing. Certain features are part of a freemium model; premium features may require a one-time purchase or a subscription, depending on the product you select.

The language of contract and customer support is English (unless otherwise specified by local requirements).

5.1 Registration

You may need to register with a username and password. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials.

5.2 Subscription and One-time Purchases

• Subscriptions (if offered) renew automatically for the same term unless cancelled. You authorize us to charge the subscription fee to your payment method until cancellation.
• One-time purchase products (e.g., specific premium access) are charged once and do not auto-renew. The product page will clearly state whether an item is subscription-based or one-time.
• You can cancel a subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

6. Pricing, Currency, and Taxes

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and may include or exclude applicable taxes depending on your location and status. Final charges may vary after tax determination. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice; any change will not affect completed purchases or current paid periods.

7. Payment Methods and Security

We accept major payment methods (e.g., credit/debit cards such as Visa and Mastercard) via secure payment gateways using industry-standard encryption (e.g., TLS/SSL). Card details are processed by the gateway and are not stored by us. You must ensure your payment method is valid and has sufficient funds.

8. Refunds and Cancellations

• To the extent permitted by law, payments are generally non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods after access is delivered.
• If you believe a payment was made in error or you experienced a technical failure preventing access, please contact support001@easypte.com. We will review good-faith refund requests in line with applicable consumer laws.
• Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle; no pro-rata refunds.

9. Validity of Offers and Changes

Services and prices remain available while listed and may be updated based on market conditions. We strive to correct any pricing or content errors promptly; such errors are not binding.

10. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data and transactions. Nevertheless, no service can guarantee absolute security. We will address security incidents as soon as practicable and inform you where required by law. Please promptly notify us of any suspected account compromise at support001@easypte.com.

11. Modifications and Severability

We may update these Terms and features of the Service. We will notify you by posting a notice within the Service and/or via email. If any provision is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

12. Responsibilities and Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and are not liable for outages beyond our control (e.g., force majeure, network failures, third-party interruptions). To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

External websites linking to our Service must not imply our sponsorship or affiliation without authorization and should link directly to our homepage without frames. We are not responsible for third-party content on websites that link to or from the Service.

14. Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which describes purposes, legal bases, retention, rights, and international transfers (if any). Appropriate safeguards and industry-standard measures are applied to protect your data.

15. Duration and Updates

No failure to enforce any right constitutes a waiver. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. If any clause is declared null or unenforceable, it will be treated as severed without affecting the rest.

All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights in the Service and its contents remain the exclusive property of Memblu Learning Tech Limited（藍色記憶教育科技有限公司） or its licensors. Unauthorized copying, modification, reverse-engineering, translation, or derivative works are prohibited.

20. License & Modifications

We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service as-is. We may modify features, introduce fees, or suspend services at any time, with updates communicated within the Service or on this page.

21. Connectivity & Charges

Some features require an active internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data). You are responsible for any data charges or roaming fees under your provider's terms.
